General Manager

Lead Bathhouse Berkeley Heights across amenities, front desk, food and beverage, facilities, staffing, safety, cleanliness, guest experience, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift managers and department teams across the full bathhouse operation.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, revenue, inventory, vendor relationships, and operational reporting.
• Protect guest-service, cleanliness, safety, training, and workplace standards across every department.

Requirements

• About five years as a general manager or assistant general manager.
• Hospitality, spa, wellness, or restaurant leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong team development, cost management, reporting, problem-solving, and guest-recovery skills.
