General Manager - Hospitality & Business Operator
Lead the Sauna House Greenville bathhouse — build and coach the team, own the guest experience through the thermal cycle, and run a safe, profitable, well-maintained location.

- Build, hire, coach, and develop the location team, owning scheduling, performance reviews, and HR matters.
- Ensure every guest receives a personalised hospitality experience, stepping onto the floor during high demand.
- Maintain a safe, 'opening day' clean and well-maintained facility, overseeing preventative maintenance, vendors, and inventory.
- Own the location's P&L, driving revenue and membership while managing labour and controllable expenses, and lead weekly financial reviews with the owners.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the location, the franchisee, and corporate leadership.
- Build local partnerships, lead community outreach, and coordinate events in the bathhouse.
Odotamme
- Three or more years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, fitness, wellness, restaurant, or another customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing teams.
- Experience managing financial performance and operating metrics.
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and sound business judgement.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Able to work in the hot and cold environments of the Sauna House experience.
Palkkaus ja edut
$70,000–$80,000 / year plus performance bonus- Three weeks' paid time off, paid sick days and a health-care stipend.
