Be the welcoming face of the guest experience at Bathhouse Berkeley Heights, handling check-in, orientation and guest flow across the bathing floor.

- Greet and welcome guests warmly on arrival.
- Provide clear orientation and guidance for the Bathhouse experience.
- Answer guest questions about amenities, services and policies accurately.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out and any necessary paperwork or waivers.
- Monitor guest flow and capacity to keep the space comfortable and safe.
- Communicate guest feedback, concerns or incidents promptly to management.
- Assist with opening, closing and shift transitions.
Odotamme
- Previous experience in hospitality, spa, wellness or customer service preferred.
- Warm and welcoming demeanour with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with guests in a busy, high-touch environment.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and assist with light lifting.
- Comfortable learning reservation or POS systems, with training provided.
- Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
