Human Resources Specialist
Serve as the primary on-site HR resource for Ojo Caliente's historic bathhouse and mineral-springs resort while supporting the sister Ojo Santa Fe property when needed.

- Manage recruiting for assigned roles, candidate screening, interviews, checks, job fairs, onboarding, and orientation.
- Administer benefit enrollments, employment changes, leave support, HR questions, HRIS records, and personnel files.
- Support employee relations, performance documentation, compliance, audits, reporting, policy updates, recognition, and engagement.
- Coordinate required training, track completion, and support employee-development initiatives.
Odotamme
- Two years of human-resources experience is preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, HR compliance, Microsoft Office, and HRIS platforms.
- Paylocity, bilingual English and Spanish, and SHRM or PHR certification are preferred rather than required.
