Run the daily operation of AIRE's Tribeca bathhouse alongside the Site Director and act as second-in-command across every department.

Tehtävät

  • Drive the day-to-day operation across all departments and hold operational consistency, quality standards, and policy compliance.
  • Monitor business performance through operational reports and KPIs and find efficiency, productivity, and service-delivery gains.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supplier coordination.
  • Coach department managers, run performance conversations, and support Individual Development Plans with HR.
  • Act as escalation point for complex guest situations and lead service recovery, tracking guest feedback and NPS.

  • Operational leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Track record developing department managers and high-performing teams.
  • Comfort owning health, safety, legal, and regulatory compliance for a site.
