Operations Manager - Tribeca

Run the daily operation of AIRE's Tribeca bathhouse alongside the Site Director and act as second-in-command across every department.
Responsibilities
- Drive the day-to-day operation across all departments and hold operational consistency, quality standards, and policy compliance.
- Monitor business performance through operational reports and KPIs and find efficiency, productivity, and service-delivery gains.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supplier coordination.
- Coach department managers, run performance conversations, and support Individual Development Plans with HR.
- Act as escalation point for complex guest situations and lead service recovery, tracking guest feedback and NPS.
Requirements
- Operational leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
- Track record developing department managers and high-performing teams.
- Comfort owning health, safety, legal, and regulatory compliance for a site.
Compensation and benefits
$100,000-$110,000 / year
- Second-in-command role at a flagship AIRE location, taking ownership of the operation when the Site Director is away.
