Front desk and reservations at AIRE's Barcelona bathhouse in the Born: look after guests by email, phone and in person, keep each shift's individual and group bookings organised, and help guests get the most out of the AIRE experience.

Tehtävät

  • Give guests personal attention by email, telephone and in person, paying close attention to their requests and needs.
  • Support the management of individual and group bookings so every shift is organised correctly.
  • Promote AIRE's services and handle upselling so guests can make the most of the experience.

Odotamme

  • At least one year of previous experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced Catalan and English; good French, Italian and/or German are valued.
  • Strong commercial instincts, attentive to detail, and committed to excellent guest service.
  • Flexibility and availability across the shift pattern.
