Front desk and reservations at AIRE's Barcelona bathhouse in the Born: look after guests by email, phone and in person, keep each shift's individual and group bookings organised, and help guests get the most out of the AIRE experience.
Responsibilities
- Give guests personal attention by email, telephone and in person, paying close attention to their requests and needs.
- Support the management of individual and group bookings so every shift is organised correctly.
- Promote AIRE's services and handle upselling so guests can make the most of the experience.
Requirements
- At least one year of previous experience in a similar position.
- Advanced Catalan and English; good French, Italian and/or German are valued.
- Strong commercial instincts, attentive to detail, and committed to excellent guest service.
- Flexibility and availability across the shift pattern.
