Sauna Host, Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets

Run the outdoor WNTR Sauna guest experience for the 2026–2027 winter season at Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets.

Responsibilities

• Heat, clean, inspect, and perform basic upkeep on the sauna and surrounding outdoor area.
• Guide guests, maintain safety, handle bookings, email, cash, food service, and licensed beverage service.
• Coordinate with hotel departments and support snow, yard, and social-media tasks.

Requirements

• Finnish and English communication skills.
• Food-hygiene and alcohol-service passes plus independent organization and presentation skills.
• Interest in sauna culture and outdoor work; reservation, till, and social-media experience are useful.

Compensation and benefits

EUR 13.70–15.04 / hour + collective-agreement supplements

• Seasonal 90-hour/three-week schedule, mainly evenings.
