Cover reception shifts at AIRE's London bathhouse on a zero-hours basis, managing arrivals, communication, and guest flow through the thermal circuit.

Tehtävät

  • Greet, welcome, and escort guests to the different bath and treatment rooms.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails during the shift.
  • Address guest questions and complaints and service amenities during waiting time.
  • Promote and upsell AIRE experiences at the front desk.

Palkkaus ja edut

£13.68 / hour on a zero-hours contract
