Receptionist (Zero-Hours)

Cover reception shifts at AIRE's London bathhouse on a zero-hours basis, managing arrivals, communication, and guest flow through the thermal circuit.
Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and escort guests to the different bath and treatment rooms.
- Answer incoming calls and emails during the shift.
- Address guest questions and complaints and service amenities during waiting time.
- Promote and upsell AIRE experiences at the front desk.
Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Professional level of English.
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability across mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Compensation and benefits
£13.68 / hour on a zero-hours contract
