Cover reception shifts at AIRE's Covent Garden bathhouse on a zero-hours contract — welcoming guests, escorting them to the baths and treatment rooms, and handling calls, emails and questions through the shift.

Greet, welcome and escort guests to the different rooms.
Answer incoming calls and emails.
Address questions and complaints.
Service amenities while guests wait.
Create sales opportunities, promoting and upselling.

Odotamme

Experience in the hospitality industry.
Professional-level English.
Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexible for a rota covering mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays (7:00–23:30, shifts up to 8.5 hours, planned two weeks ahead).

£13.68 / hour on a zero-hours contract, plus 10% weekend and bank-holiday supplement and tips
