Cover reception shifts at AIRE's Covent Garden bathhouse on a zero-hours contract — welcoming guests, escorting them to the baths and treatment rooms, and handling calls, emails and questions through the shift.
Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome and escort guests to the different rooms.
- Answer incoming calls and emails.
- Address questions and complaints.
- Service amenities while guests wait.
- Create sales opportunities, promoting and upselling.
Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Professional-level English.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible for a rota covering mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays (7:00–23:30, shifts up to 8.5 hours, planned two weeks ahead).
