Take full operational, financial, and people responsibility for AIRE Ancient Baths' Los Angeles bathhouse in the Arts District, leading the site's departments to the group's luxury service standards.

Tehtävät

  • Lead daily operational briefings to ensure seamless opening procedures and exceptional service delivery.
  • Ensure the highest standards of facility maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation across all guest areas.
  • Oversee maintenance operations, technical equipment, furniture, décor, and facility presentation, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
  • Review and approve purchasing requests, maintain supplier relationships, and control operational costs and budgets.
  • Monitor revenue, labour costs, operational expenses, and profitability, and prepare business performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Lead weekly leadership meetings and monthly business reviews with department managers covering KPIs, guest satisfaction (NPS), and financial performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the management team and partner with HR on recruitment, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and local regulations.

Odotamme

  • Three or more years as a General Manager, Site Director, or comparable senior operational leader in luxury hospitality, wellness, F&B, or premium fitness.
  • Six or more years of progressive leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and operational KPIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Fluent English; Spanish is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience opening new locations is highly valued.
