Spa Attendant
Run the bathing area at AIRE Vallromanes, coordinating the thermal circuit, guest flow, and shift team so the bath operation stays safe, clean, and on standard.
Tehtävät
- Manage the guest experience inside the bathing zone, from welcome and thermal-circuit explanation through to farewell.
- Keep the bathing area safe, clean, and well organised by continually supervising lighting, pools, and facilities.
- Lead the shift team, run the daily handover briefing, and assign work fairly across the rota.
- Lead training for new team members and support the coordinators and area manager.
Odotamme
- Own vehicle, because the site cannot be reached by public transport.
- Advanced level of English.
- Team-working, leadership, and time-management ability.
- Availability Monday to Sunday with two rest days per week and one free weekend per month.
