Lead the Links (spa attendant) team at AIRE's Tribeca bathhouse and own the daily guest-experience operation across the baths.

Tehtävät

  • Lead the daily operation of the Spa Attendant department and keep service flow and standards consistent.
  • Ensure all 20 team members are trained on AIRE's luxury service standards and guest-experience expectations.
  • Oversee the environment and atmosphere supporting the bathhouse experience in line with AIRE guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting the guest experience and roll out new protocols and operational processes.

Odotamme

  • Experience leading a guest-facing spa, bathhouse, or luxury hospitality department.
  • Ability to evaluate protocol and service-standard compliance across a large attendant team.
  • Strong people leadership and training capability.
