Lead the Links (spa attendant) team at AIRE's Tribeca bathhouse and own the daily guest-experience operation across the baths.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of the Spa Attendant department and keep service flow and standards consistent.
- Ensure all 20 team members are trained on AIRE's luxury service standards and guest-experience expectations.
- Oversee the environment and atmosphere supporting the bathhouse experience in line with AIRE guidelines.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the guest experience and roll out new protocols and operational processes.
Requirements
- Experience leading a guest-facing spa, bathhouse, or luxury hospitality department.
- Ability to evaluate protocol and service-standard compliance across a large attendant team.
- Strong people leadership and training capability.
Compensation and benefits
$75,000 / year
- Department leadership role at AIRE's Tribeca site, a restored 1883 textile factory.
