Lead Elemental's small-group contrast-therapy sessions combining sauna, cold plunge, breathwork, meditation, and intentional conversation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate small-group sauna and cold-plunge sessions using Elemental's Thermalist Method.
• Support client check-in and correspond with attendees through GymDesk.
• Explain membership options and maintain a calm, welcoming session environment.

Requirements

• Confidence leading groups; backgrounds such as yoga, breathwork, coaching, or group fitness are welcomed.
• Grounded, emotionally intelligent guest communication.
• Evening and weekend flexibility and willingness to complete Thermalist Method certification.
