Responsibilities
- Facilitate small-group sauna and cold-plunge sessions using Elemental's Thermalist Method.
- Support client check-in and correspond with attendees through GymDesk.
- Explain membership options and maintain a calm, welcoming session environment.
Requirements
- Confidence leading groups; backgrounds such as yoga, breathwork, coaching, or group fitness are welcomed.
- Grounded, emotionally intelligent guest communication.
- Evening and weekend flexibility and willingness to complete Thermalist Method certification.
