Grow Elemental's sauna, cold-plunge, and breathwork community through membership education, tours, outreach, retention, and event support.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective members and explain Elemental memberships and contrast-therapy experiences.
• Lead studio tours and support community outreach and events.
• Correspond with members to strengthen engagement and retention.

Requirements

• Confident, friendly communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated follow-through on leads and member questions.
• Interest in sauna, cold plunge, breathwork, and community wellness.
