Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospective members and explain Elemental memberships and contrast-therapy experiences.
- Lead studio tours and support community outreach and events.
- Correspond with members to strengthen engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Confident, friendly communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-motivated follow-through on leads and member questions.
- Interest in sauna, cold plunge, breathwork, and community wellness.
