Technical/Construction Designer (Architectural Technician)

Prepare sauna drawings, specifications, schedules, and client-facing design documentation for Finnmark Sauna's authentic Finnish sauna projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings, designs, specifications, schedules, and project documentation for sauna projects.
• Work with the design team on high-detail Revit models, costing information, and bills of materials.
• Assist with client management for residential, commercial, and high-end sauna design work.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification and UK construction-industry design experience.
• Strong Revit experience, with AutoCAD or SketchUp experience desirable.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations, planning applications, and clear client communication.
