Connect Wellness is an appointment-only backyard spa in Vancouver, Washington, founded in 2021 by Michelle after a first cold plunge at a thermal cycle spa in Portland. It runs two hour community sessions with saunas at several temperatures, cold plunges and warm soaking tubs, plus memberships and private spa rentals.
