Guest Experience Attendant
Host Onsen guests and maintain immaculate hot-pool rooms, changing areas, relaxation spaces, laundry, amenities, and front-desk operations.

- Restore and clean pool rooms, water, changing areas, and all guest-accessible spaces after use.
- Host guests to their pool rooms, explain facilities and bookings, answer questions, and manage session timing.
- Complete opening and closing duties, laundry, amenity restocking, and guest snack preparation.
- Progress into check-in, booking, payment, timer, and communications duties as trained.
Odotamme
- Previous front-line customer-service experience is advantageous.
- Strong service instincts, attention to detail, time management, initiative, and teamwork.
- Flexibility for a varied roster including days, evenings, and weekends.
