Guest Experience Attendant

Host Onsen guests and maintain immaculate hot-pool rooms, changing areas, relaxation spaces, laundry, amenities, and front-desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Restore and clean pool rooms, water, changing areas, and all guest-accessible spaces after use.
• Host guests to their pool rooms, explain facilities and bookings, answer questions, and manage session timing.
• Complete opening and closing duties, laundry, amenity restocking, and guest snack preparation.
• Progress into check-in, booking, payment, timer, and communications duties as trained.

Requirements

• Previous front-line customer-service experience is advantageous.
• Strong service instincts, attention to detail, time management, initiative, and teamwork.
• Flexibility for a varied roster including days, evenings, and weekends.
