Line Cook
Cook for the restaurant at Bathhouse Williamsburg — preparing dishes and running stations, with a share of prep and porter work to keep the kitchen moving.

- Prepare food for service to a high standard and on time.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary prep and supplies.
- Report to and follow the Kitchen Manager and Shift Manager.
- Comply with all DOH regulations and safety standards.
- Assist with porter tasks, including dishwashing, trash removal and keeping the kitchen clean.
Odotamme
- One to two years' experience as a line, restaurant or prep cook.
- High school or equivalent preferred.
- Able to stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50 lb.
- Reliable and organised; weekend availability required, and flexible availability is prioritised.
