Help run SweatHouz The Marina in San Francisco from the floor: daily cold-plunge checks and water chemistry, suite standards, inventory, and shifts as manager on duty when the Studio Manager is off.
Responsibilities
- Run the daily plunge checks and logs, and look after water chemistry, filters and chemicals.
- Order, track and manage studio inventory, from toiletries and beverages to cleaning supplies.
- Own each shift's coverage, front desk, calls, follow-ups and suite turnover, and act as manager on duty.
- Tour first-time guests and close memberships, and audit the Sales Associates' intros.
- Help the Studio Manager onboard and train new hires, and audit deep cleans, suite condition and maintenance follow-through.
Requirements
- One or more years in sales, hospitality or customer-facing fitness or wellness.
- Experience leading or training others is a plus.
- About 35 hours over five days a week, with open availability across all seven days, including evenings and weekends.
- Held to monthly new-member, closing-rate (25%+) and revenue goals.
Compensation and benefits
$25-$28 / hour + bonus
