Associate Product Manager

Support product planning and launch readiness for Watkins Wellness spa, sauna, and aftermarket product lines.

Responsibilities

• Support sauna and spa product planning from early concept through launch.
• Maintain product documentation, pricing data, and lifecycle records.
• Coordinate with brand, engineering, operations, sales, and customer-experience teams.

Requirements

• Two to three years of product management or related experience.
• Experience with product lifecycle, ERP data, documentation, and cross-functional execution.
• Product management or marketing experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Compensation and benefits

$62,600-$89,400 / year
