Own the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process for Sauna360's Cokato sauna manufacturing operation and lead a planning and procurement team of three.
Responsibilities
- Own and run the monthly SIOP cadence aligning demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.
- Translate sales forecasts into production schedules and procurement plans.
- Drive inventory strategy across finished goods, WIP, and raw materials.
- Lead three direct reports spanning planning and procurement.
- Work in ERP/MRP systems alongside Excel to model and guide operational decisions.
Requirements
- Proven supply-chain leadership in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on MRP/ERP experience with strong Excel modelling ability.
- Track record owning or running a SIOP process end to end.
- Ability to communicate insight to director-level stakeholders and challenge assumptions with data.
