Ausbildung als Schreiner/Tischler (Industrie) 2027 m/w/d

Three-year industrial joinery apprenticeship at KLAFS in Schwäbisch Hall, starting 1 September 2027, building furniture and saunas in wood, glass and metal.

Responsibilities

• Work wood, glass, metal and other materials at your own bench using hand tools and machines including CNC.
• Plan and build furniture and saunas across the apprenticeship.
• Specialise in furniture-making and interior fit-out from the third apprenticeship year.
• Complete the first year as a Berufsgrundbildungsjahr at the Schwäbisch Hall vocational school, combining workshop and theory, with around six weeks in the plant during school holidays.
• Combine plant and training-workshop practice with vocational school from the second year onward.

Requirements

• Manual skill, technical understanding and enjoyment of working wood and other materials.
• Good mathematics (grade 3 or better).
• A taster placement at the company is desirable.
• Teamwork, initiative and independent, responsible working.
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn and enjoyment of working with colleagues and customers.

Compensation and benefits

• Three-year apprenticeship with Haupt-, Werkreal- or Realschulabschluss, first year in the Berufsgrundschule.
