Support Basin Glacial Waters leadership across inventory, scheduling, payroll, health and safety, staff training, reception, and daily thermal-facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage supply inventory and monthly ordering while supporting daily scheduling and payroll.
- Maintain facility health-and-safety procedures, operating reports, guest requests, projects, and events.
- Train reception staff and coordinate communication across Basin Glacial Waters operating departments.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience is an asset, as is spa, housekeeping, or cleaning experience.
- Strong guest service, written and spoken English, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and to lift, carry, and pull more than 30 pounds during active facility operations.
