Keep Basin Glacial Waters, the hydrothermal bathing facility at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, clean and stocked, look after the locker rooms, and help guests use the sauna, steam room and whirlpool.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Basin premises: clean, and replenish amenities, toiletries and linens.
- Hand out robes, towels and sandals to guests.
- Keep the facility's public areas clean to a luxury standard.
- Keep the locker rooms tidy, checking and cleaning lockers as needed.
- Direct guests to appointments and help them use the sauna, steam room and whirlpool.
- Support the Lounge Servers with clearing.
Requirements
- Housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset.
- Able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Friendly, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to lift 30+ lb and stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Legally authorised to work in Canada.
Compensation and benefits
CAD 20.86/hour
- Permanent full-time position reporting to the Facility Supervisor.
