Host guests in the baths at AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen in Carlsberg Byen: receive them from the waiting area, guide them through the bath areas and their rules, and look after them until they leave. Permanent contract, 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Receive guests in the waiting area while coordinating with the other departments.
- Greet guests with a warm and genuine welcome.
- Give guided tours of the bath areas, explaining their features and the expected behaviour and rules.
- Answer guest questions.
- Service guest amenities.
Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Professional English.
- Customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule: the rota includes mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays, planned at least two weeks ahead.
Compensation and benefits
DKK 141 / hour, plus weekend and holiday supplements (the employer's stated rate)
