Bauleiter m/w/d

Coordinate construction execution and trades for KLAFS sauna, spa, and wellness projects in Germany and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all project trades on domestic and international sites.
• Award subcontractor work and protect schedules and costs.
• Represent KLAFS in project meetings and during construction.

Requirements

• Technical or commercial training plus technician/master qualification, or an architecture degree.
• Interior fit-out project experience is preferred.
• German fluency, travel readiness, structured communication, and useful English skills.
