Facilities Manager

Lead hands-on engineering, maintenance, repair, and preventive-care work for Bathhouse's new Berkeley Heights saunas, thermal pools, steam rooms, Russian banyas, restaurant, locker rooms, and heat-distribution systems.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute maintenance work, project schedules, preventive maintenance, and long-term facilities improvements.
- Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, budgets, technical documentation, and facility procedures.
- Troubleshoot sauna, pool, steam, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, safety, and sanitation issues affecting guest operations.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of relevant facilities leadership in a high-volume environment.
- Trade certification in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of pool and spa equipment; CPO, CPR, or first-aid certification is preferred.
