Lead hands-on facilities maintenance for Bathhouse Philadelphia, including saunas, thermal pools, steam rooms, and building systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance work, preventive programs, projects, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain saunas, thermal pools, steam rooms, HVAC, plumbing, and back-of-house systems.
- Partner with operations to protect safety, sanitation, and guest experience standards.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of relevant facilities leadership experience.
- Trade certification or facilities, engineering, or construction background.
- Working knowledge of spa and pool equipment; CPO, CPR, and First Aid are helpful.
Compensation and benefits
$100k-$110k / yr
