Lead Peninsula Hot Springs' maintenance, capital works, infrastructure, land and environmental systems, and asset-management framework.
Responsibilities
- Lead facility operations across maintenance, capital works, land, and environmental functions.
- Establish the asset-management framework, including CMMS, asset data, lifecycle planning, and preventive-maintenance improvement.
- Oversee buildings, infrastructure, essential services, capital renewal, budgets, contractors, WHS, risk, and compliance.
- Develop multi-disciplinary supervisors and align priorities with operations and water teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary operational teams in an asset-intensive facilities, infrastructure, or maintenance environment.
- Experience implementing or improving CMMS and asset-management data and planning.
- Experience managing maintenance and capital-works programs, budgets, forecasting, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Strong WHS and regulatory knowledge with a practical, collaborative leadership style.
