Keep the books for the Claudius Therme and the Neptunbad, two Cologne bathing venues, from an office at the Therme in the Rheinpark (or the Düsseldorf head office by arrangement). Part-time, 30 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the financial accounts and the cost accounting that follows from them.
- Code and post all business transactions, payables and receivables.
- Handle till reconciliations, travel expenses, invoicing and dunning.
- Prepare, run and control payment runs on time.
- Prepare key figures for management, the monthly BWA and the monthly closings, plus general administration.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training.
- Professional experience in financial accounting.
- Thorough knowledge of DATEV / LODAS and confident use of MS Office.
- Analytical, careful, structured and reliable, with a hands-on attitude.
