Welcome Vetta Nordic Spa guests, support check-in touchpoints, and provide orientation for hydrotherapy, sauna, massage, dining, and wellness visits.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests while supporting check-in, spa etiquette, and wayfinding.
- Educate visitors on guest flow, hydrotherapy expectations, and spa policies.
- Coordinate with spa, massage, dining, and maintenance teammates to protect guest experience.
