Guest Services Team Member

Welcome Vetta Nordic Spa guests, support check-in touchpoints, and provide orientation for hydrotherapy, sauna, massage, dining, and wellness visits.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests while supporting check-in, spa etiquette, and wayfinding.
• Educate visitors on guest flow, hydrotherapy expectations, and spa policies.
• Coordinate with spa, massage, dining, and maintenance teammates to protect guest experience.

Requirements

• Guest-service mindset and clear, patient communication.
• Interest in nordic spa, hydrotherapy, sauna, and hospitality operations.
• Ability to work in an active guest-facing environment with flexible scheduling.
