Responsibilities

• Greet guests, support check-in and check-out, and explain the Bathhouse experience clearly.
• Answer questions about amenities, services, policies, and waivers with accurate guest-first communication.
• Monitor guest flow and capacity while escalating feedback, concerns, or incidents to management.

Requirements

• Hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Warm communication style and ability to stay calm in a busy, high-touch environment.
• Comfort using reservation or POS systems and working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and benefits

$20-$22 / hr
