Maintain Taunus-Therme's pool, sanitary, heating, and climate systems in a permanent full-time building-services role.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the venue's pool, sanitary, heating, and climate systems after structured onboarding.
- Complete preventive maintenance, servicing, and fault resolution across those systems.
- Work regulated weekend and shift schedules and participate in on-call duty.
- Coordinate and instruct external contractors.
Requirements
- Trade qualification such as electrician, electrical installer, energy and building-systems electronics technician, SHK plant mechanic, or comparable.
- Class B driving licence.
- Building-controls experience is advantageous.
- Practical skill plus independent, structured, responsible, and team-focused work.
