Diagnose and resolve technical issues for Sauna360 sauna and steam products across customers, dealers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot sauna and steam product issues down to the board level.
• Guide customers, dealers, and internal teams through technical resolutions.
• Support a high-quality service experience across multiple product lines.

Requirements

• Electrical knowledge and logical troubleshooting skills.
• Technical support, service, or equipment repair experience.
• Clear communication with customers and dealer partners.
