Oversee technical systems, maintenance, and facility readiness at AIRE's Tribeca bathhouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance and repair workflows.
• Oversee electrical, HVAC, water treatment, and pool systems.
• Manage technical staff and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• Four or more years of technical maintenance experience.
• Team management experience.
• Knowledge of electricity, HVAC, and water treatment; CPO is helpful.
