Sauna Master

Lead aufguss rituals, educate guests, and help set the flow of the sauna and cold-plunge experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sauna rituals with confident guest presence.
• Educate guests on sauna and cold-plunge practice.
• Coordinate ritual timing with floor teams.

Requirements

• Movement, performance, dance, martial arts, or similar background.
• Customer service comfort.
• Ability to work safely in 175-185F sauna conditions.

Compensation and benefits

$17 / hr + gratuity
