Laundry Attendant

Operate the commercial laundry at Bathhouse Philadelphia, turning around the towels, slides, and linens that the bathing floor and treatment rooms depend on.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently.
- Sort and pair slides by size and pre-treat stains following washing instructions.
- Fold, organise, and stock clean linens and towels for treatment rooms and locker areas.
- Maintain par levels so each department always has what it needs.
- Handle laundry chemicals to safety guidelines and keep the laundry room hazard-free.
- Monitor machines, report maintenance issues, and assist with inventory and linen rotation.
Requirements
- Previous commercial laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
- Comfort standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to approximately 30 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual, able to work independently while supporting the team.
Compensation and benefits
