Maintenance Technician
Copenhagen, Denmark · Full-time · DKK 181 / hour
Keep AIRE's new Copenhagen bathhouse running: general maintenance and repairs across the facility's equipment, structures, and common areas, and upkeep of the mechanical systems the baths depend on.
Responsibilities
- Conduct general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures as needed.
- Keep the facility and its common areas in the best possible condition, following the Maintenance Manager's guidelines.
- Repair and maintain mechanical systems so they stay consistent with health and safety standards.
- Deliver the annual maintenance plan.
- Respond quickly in the event of emergency maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Two years' prior experience in a similar position, preferably managing spa facilities.
- A valid certification in electricity, plumbing, or a related trade.
- Excellent English; Danish is highly valued.
- A completely customer-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends when needed.
Compensation and benefits
DKK 181 / hour
- Permanent contract, full-time at 37 hours, working five days over seven inclusive of weekends.
