Lead Kohler product engineering for wellness systems that explicitly combine water, heat, steam, and sensory elements into restorative thermal experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the wellness product-engineering team.
• Own product integrity from concept through launch and lifecycle.
• Translate recovery, relaxation, water, heat, steam, and sensory needs into validated products.

Requirements

• ABET-accredited mechanical engineering degree.
• Seven or more years in product design engineering and three or more years developing engineering talent.
• Experience leading complex products from concept to launch.

Compensation and benefits

$135,600-$211,000 / yr + eligible bonus
