Material Handler

Move, pick, and stage materials in the warehouse at Watkins Wellness' Cokato plant, the Sauna360 sauna manufacturing site, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment.
- Pick, pack, and stage materials accurately for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock audits.
- Store materials properly to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organised.
- Operate the warehouse management system and communicate material needs and discrepancies to the team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
- Able to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment; certification may be required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Compensation and benefits
$15.65–$24.64 / hour (the employer's stated hiring range)
- Full-time, first shift.
- Warehouse and production work at the Sauna360 sauna manufacturing site.
