Operations Manager

Lead day-to-day operations at AIRE's Covent Garden bathhouse in London, owning service standards, compliance, and department coordination across the facility.
Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with operating controls, policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Hold regular briefings and meetings with employees and heads of departments.
- Handle complaints, oversee service procedures, and take ownership of guest issues.
- Monitor daily reports, procure operating supplies and equipment, and contract third-party vendors.
- Ensure health and safety, fire, and other legal requirements are followed across the site.
Requirements
- Three to four years of prior experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Advanced level of English and strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operating data.
Compensation and benefits
£55,000–£60,000 / year
