Pool Maintenance Technician
Toronto, ON · Full-time · CAD $55,000-$65,000 per year
Maintain AIRE Toronto's pools, water quality, building systems, and daily technical readiness alongside the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Maintain more than eight pools, including chemical levels, temperature, cleanliness, and operating condition.
- Troubleshoot basic plumbing issues and complete general preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Complete daily checklists, report facility conditions, and support AIRE's annual maintenance plan.
- Organize maintenance stock and help the Maintenance Manager control supply levels.
Requirements
- One to three years of facility-maintenance experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic maintenance, electricity, HVAC, water treatment, and boilers.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work around wet conditions, chemicals, noise, fumes, and mechanical or electrical hazards.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; Certified Pool/Spa Operator certification is a plus.
Compensation and benefits
CAD $55,000-$65,000 per year
